Here are answers to frequently asked questions we have been receiving.
Question: Why are you no longer making the Refillable in Shantung?
Answer: This is the question we are being asked the most lately. Shantung is a wonderful microfiber — that is, it is a man-made material that is perfect for our “bound” versions (you know, the ones you use for a year and then buy a new one). The refillable (now called the Portfolio) is a product that is meant to last 5 years or more; it is a long-term investment and we want it to look awesome, even 5 years later! We ended up deciding that leather was a more appropriate material for a long-term product such as this. Right now, we are researching low-cost leathers in fun colors so that we can start offering the Portfolio not only in Black and Caramel, but in bright, fun colors as well. So check back later this summer if you are interested in this product!
Question: My customers love momAgenda day planners, but they don’t want to rewrite their addresses each year. What do you offer for them?
Answer: Great news: momAgenda day planners now come with the new momEssentials address book, which is removable! So you only need to fill in your addresses once, and you can reuse the address book from year to year. The momEssentials book slips in through a ribbon in the back cover, making it look and feel like a permanent part of your momAgenda!
Question: I love the momAgenda, but it is too big for my purse. What can I do?
Answer: Try our Mini Daily, which features our unique way of organizing multiple schedules but in a daily format. It is only 5″ x 7″, perfect to slip into a purse. If you love a weekly format, pick up a myAgenda, which is a smaller version of our momAgenda desktop. At only 5″ x 7″, it is easy to carry, yet it packs in all the organizing features you have come to know and love about momAgenda day planners!
