I must admit the question this month was special to me. Because this is one of my challenges as a mom, I wanted to hear from you all how you do it. Maybe you will give me some good ideas. It is hard to say this but sometimes between work and kids and husband, I don’t make time for myself. I tend to put everyone else first. Then I get cranky, which does not benefit anybody!
So to all of you who wrote in, a very personal thank you. I hope to soon be implementing some of your suggestions into my own life.

Hi: My children are now 13 & 11. I am a SAHM but when life gets crazy, I just chill out by going to the movies for the day. I go to the earliest possible show, buy a large popcorn & diet soda (that’s my lunch) and enjoy my time and I tell nobody what I did that day!
I love this idea… especially the popcorn.
