Thanks to a Fantastic Store

We spent last week at the national Stationery Show in New York, where we had the pleasure of meeting many of our store customers face to face. It is always an awesome experience and we get to hear from many store owners about how you, our customers, are talking about the momAgenda.
One story really stood out. Merci, a lovely store in Denver, Colorado, had a male customer who really wanted to buy a momAgenda day planner for his wife for Mother's Day. The problem was, he could not get out of work in time to come to the store and buy the product before the store closed on Saturday. (Typical husband saving the most important things for the last minute!) Anyway, Our friend at Merci actually arranged to meet the husband, at a time that was convenient for him, in a parking lot (!!!), where she showed him our entire product line in the trunk of her car so that this nice man could pick out the perfect gift for his wife.
Now that is customer service!!! Thank you Merci for being so fantastic.
