Call for Web Sites!

It is that time of year again! We are reviewing the “favorite web sites” section of the momAgenda day planners for next year. Yes, it is only July, and the new day planners don’t come out until next April, but believe it or not we have to wrap up all the copy by the end of the summer in order for you to have your momAgenda ready in time for next Spring!

So all those of you who have web sites or blogs that you’d like included, please submit! And, if you have a favorite shopping site or a favorite site of any kind, please submit it. We will review every site that is currently on the list, so there is no guarantee that just because a site is on the list now, that it will be included again in next year’s momAgenda.

Thanks and looking forward to reading your entries!!

  1. Ah, the web site list is such a guilty pleasure. I gleefully scoured the list when I received my first planner.

Please consider reviewing manicmommies.com. Of course, your devotees are no longer “manic” thanks to the use of truly fabulous products!

  2. I love the website list too! You should consider adding ParentClick.com. With sites in 17 different cities across the US and adding cities regularly, ParentClick sites provide an amazing resource for local families, and a way for moms to own their own business that gives back to their communities.

I do agree with the first poster on manicmommies.com as well as the second poster on mommytrackd.com :)

    Thanks!

  3. Hi Nina! I would love to have RunnerMom listed again in the website directory. I am currently working on some changes to the site, so it looks sparse at the moment, but it will be similar to the old site, just with more current info, particularly about walking. I hope you’ll consider including us again in your fantastic planner! Thanks very much, Vickie

  4. I am crazy about care.com, which is a website where you can find babysitters, nannies, housekeepers, elder care providers, etc. The providers submit photos and a little blurb about themselves in addition to answering basic profile questions. I found a fantastic summer sitter there on my first try – no newspaper ads and weeding through tons of crazy phone messages!

  5. We love your agendas and your site!

Our new on-line accessories boutique, http://www.flirtyfinds.com caters to stay-at-home and work-at-home moms. Looking and feeling great in the midst of a fast-paced family life can be a challenge, and we help our clients create a look that makes them feel vibrant and attractive, without spending a fortune.

Thanks for considering our website in your list of site “favorites”.

  6. I would definitely recommend ModernVenus.net, especially the blog. Her life coaching insight is modern and glamorous-perfect for momAgenda!

  7. Mybabypajamas.com would love to be included in your list. I am a new business owner and really starting to grow and getting awesome feedback from Moms. I hope you’ll consider including me and thank you for the opportunity.

  8. Please consider adding WorkPlaceLikeHome.com, a site devoted to offering support, tips, and job leads for those working from home, or who wish to work from home. Along with offering job leads and individual folders where you can connect with people who work for the same companies, it is a fantastic community. Working from home can be a bit lonely and you miss that day to day interaction with co-workers. The forums on WorkPlaceLikeHome.com offer connection and the friendship and support of people who know exactly what it takes to work at home. Most of the members are parents, so MomAgenda devotees will feel right at home and there are many folders for non-job related conversation. Thank you!

  9. I love my MomAgenda. I was lucky enough to recieve a beautiful planner as a gift from a good friend and now I am totally hooked! Please consider http://www.titlenine.com for wonderful athletic and cool mom clothing. It’s another favorite for the sporty girl in all of us! Thanks!

  10. I found an incredible site called laborfair.com. It’s similar to care.com, sort of a combination of craigslist and amazon, an online marketplace where you can see reviews of people offering their services. Unlike care.com though, it is free! Also, not only do they have pet/baby/house sitters, they also have a wealth of housekeepers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, anyone who you might need to work at your home… so it’s really a one-stop shop. It’s incredibly easy to navigate, you don’t even have to register as a user. It’s a revolution in comparison shopping for local household services… a miracle-worker for busy moms!!

  11. I would love my site to be included on the list. Baby Cakes is a boutique that caters to the little one with a few things for mom too!! I love my momAgenda and could not live without it!

    Thanks!

  12. We would love to have Sentimental Silver considered. We make hip, handmade personalized jewelry from recycled silver, and it makes a fabulous gift for Mommies and girls!

Thank you so much! Love love love the agendas and all the great lists!

  13. I have to admit that the first thing that I checked out when I got my new planner is the website pages!

I’d love to have Women on Their Way (www.WomenOnTheirWay.com) included on the website list. The site is a fabulous resource for femals travelers who are planning and booking travel and I write a column on the site for family travelers.

    We’d love to be considered!

    Thanks,

    AJ

  14. I use my background in technology and education for my Tech Savvy Mama (http://www.techsavvymama.com) website where I review quality technology for children. I provide parents with my picks for Websites of the Week, educational sites that are good for children and teens based on content and navigation. I also review technology products using my two children as product testers. My site is a free public service that I don’t make money from so all reviews are genuine and advice is based on my experience and background. I’d love to be considered for the MomAgenda website list! Thanks!

  15. Please consider chicalamode.blogspot.com and http://www.bluehealerdiary.com, a daily health diary and day planner.

Chic a la mode features fashion, beauty and health product reviews, as well as info about the latest fun gadgets and trends.

Bluehealer diary is for those with chronic illness so they can keep track of their daily symptoms and medication, combined with their personal or work schedule.

    Thank you!
