I am happy to say that the Downloads we offer for the Kitchen Folio and All In One Folio, also known as the Printables, have been a big success! It thrills me to no end that our customers are finding our little tools and using them to make their lives easier.
If you don’t already know about our downloads, they are handy templates that you can customize and print out, then slide into the sheet protectors in your Kitchen Folio or All In One. There are templates for a variety of purposes, such as a packing list for vacation, a grocery list, important medical information, etc. I am especially proud of our newest downloads, which are templates for goal setting. You can check them out by clicking on the “Downloads” link on the left side of the page.
We have been receiving a ton of emails suggesting new downloads, so we decided to turn this into our newest contest! Please write in with your suggestions for new Downloads. The winner will receive her choice of either a Kitchen Folio or an All In One Folio.
We can’t make any promises as to how many suggestions are going to become official momAgenda downloads, but I can tell you that we are creating new ones every month, so there is a good chance that many of your ideas are going to be incorporated!
Thanks to everyone who participates!
UPDATE:
CONGRATULATIONS to Niki, our winner. We loved her idea for a “Fitness Planner” download, especially during this post-holiday time of year when we are all trying to squeeze in fitness! Thanks very much to everyone!! Niki, please email me directly at nina@momagenda.com so we can arrange to send you your Kitchen Folio or All In One.

As a huge fan of menu planning and keeping a stocked kitchen, I’d like to see downloads for pantry inventory and freezer inventory. I keep a list from both on hand for menu planning and prepping for grocery shopping. Another idea is a master recipe list. It could be a simple sheet with room for recipe name, cookbook/magazine, page number, etc. This would also help make menu planning a breeze with a simple one page listing of your family’s favorite menus. Keep up the good work!
I printed and glued in my planner a list of all my elected officials, from president, all the way down to school board representative. I include e-mails addresses and a bit of blank space for making notes about some of the things they say and do between elections. I also print my older children’s class schedules and teacher e-mail addresses. An elected officials download or a class schedule download would be great to have.
Hi there…what a great idea!
I would love to see a separate menu planner. Maybe including a spot to add nutrition information for meals??? Or check boxes for major food groups???
I look forward to seeing what you come up with!
Thanks!
I am so excited to have the opportunity to submit download ideas to MomAgenda. Here’s is my suggestion:
What about a download to track clothing on hand (# of jeans, skirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shoes, etc.) and clothing needed (Orange Hoodie for Navy Addidas Sweats or black pattent leather flats) with an area listing current sizes. My memory is so terrible that a form like this would be very helpful while I’m out shopping for any family member.
Thanks so much for your consideration. I do not have a MomAgenda at this time, but have been eyeing them for years. I plan to purchase one very soon as my son will begin Kindergarten this year. If I should win a planner for my contest submission I would be ecstatic!
Hey there, just wanted to give you my suggestion that I posted on your facebook. I am a mom with four kids and I would love to have a sheet for each child with their information. Name, SSN, School, Friends, DOB, that sort of thing. It would be so much easier as I always take my kitchen folio with me everywhere to dr’s appt and such. With four kids all in different schools (our town has the schools split so their are 4) and I have one in each, it would be easier to locate information only on one child at a time. Thank you so much.
I also have another suggestion. It would be great to have one with information pertaining to automobiles with insurance agent info, make and model of cars with VIN numbers and license plate numbers. It always seems so hard to track that information down because not everyone is home at the same time. Thank you again.
Sorry to keep writing in with separate ideas, but looking through mine I think of things that would be very useful to my family. I think one for bank information would be excellent. My husband and I bank at 2 different banks, one is locale and the other is out of state, so a place to write down bank name and address, account numbers, routing numbers, phone numbers and whether it’s checking or saving. Thanks.
I just love the download section!!
I have a West Highland Terrier and I would love to see a printable for vet information, pet groomers, kennels, etc.
Thank you.
Hi I love Christy Peery’s idea of a child’s page with name dob, ssn, school after school activities. I agree it is easier to find info on 1 child at a time. I would also love the same page made for the portfolio planner.
I love having the Mom Agenda and take it everywhere! I suggested them to lots of friends for Christmas presents and they were thrilled with them. SInce MomAGenda is all about being helpful here are my suggestions:
1. A place to write in credit cards, and other major wallet information and phone numbers for those companies in the event your wallet was stolen. (obviously don’t write in your card numbers in case your agenda gets misplaced)
2. This is kind of an add on to other suggestions about childrens classroom information but you might want to include space for names and numbers of a few other parents in the class.
Thanks for making my life more organized..with three boys 4 and under, I NEED IT!!
I LOVE my new planner! Thank you so much for all the fun products! I would love to see a master recipe/menu idea page – maybe your top ten recipes and a weeks worth of a sample dinner menu – funny how the “conversation” always revolves around food::))
Hi how about a BILLS page: electricity, gas, water, car loans etc. where one can write down account #, phone # and date due.
I am a homeschooling mom of three. I would love to have a planner for each child to write their assignments for each subject in under each day. That way they can look under the day and see what they have to do that day and also see what projects they are working on for the week. Like spelling words, chapter test or field trips. And having one with the dates already printed is a big help when working around holidays and other special days.
Pet download with space for the animals Vet, groomer, recent shots, reminder date of liscensing and number of the nearest afterhours emergency room. You could also include pet stores that offer daycare.
I love that MomAgenda has downloads available – this makes it so unique from other planners and organizers out there!
I have a few ideas for more downloads:
1. I agree with the pet information download
2. A cleaning schedule download more catered to a mom with younger kids that can’t do chores yet, or someone without children – a more singular version of the chore chart
3. A diaper change and feeding tracker for new moms and/or babysitters/daycare
4. A moving checklist (for those of us that move often) – somewhere to jot down change of address info (all the companies/magazines, etc. that we need to do change of address with) and everything that needs do be done for a smooth move. This checklist would go hand in hand with the packing checklist download already available.
5. Inventory checklist – this could be used for business, any area of the house, movies/dvd’s, things to sell, etc. etc. (would work great with the moving checklist, too)
Thanks!
What a fantastic contest… and what fabulous ideas from people (I especially like the Pantry & Freezer inventories and the ‘mom-only’ chore chart).
One thing I thing would be neat to see is a very basic fitness planner. Nothing too detailed – just something simple: day, planned exercise, duration, time and perhaps check-boxes for 8 glasses of water per day. Maybe a focus on trying to plan for 30 minutes of exercise per day (but very general). Just my two cents!
I love all the suggestions. Here’s one. My 6th Grade Daughter needs an organizer with a separate section for assignments where she can write in up to 7 subjects, another column for the assignment another for supplies needed and another for the due date. She is exceptionally bright but organizationally challenged. This it turns out is a common problem. It would help her now and throughout high school & college . For more details e-mail me and I can send you a sample.
I love my organizer, kitchen folio and all the school years books!
I just received the mom agenda as a present from my husband and I could not have been more pleased. What a wonderful gift now I finally have everything in 1 book, easy enough to put in my purse which contains all relevant data except…… is it possible to add a mentrual calender, it can be small on the page with the medical info? Always handy when you vist your physician. And a page for noting down the sizes of clothing is another thing I would like. And an extra page for websites and passwords. Other than that…absolute wonderful and I will recommend it to many friends. Keep up the good work ladies.
Hi
I love the idea of a download for new moms – nursing / feeding – what a about a download for tracking your period in one monthly location
what about a download for movies you would like to see / rent. I watch the commercials then when I get to the rental store I forget what I wanted to see.
I love the download format and all these ideas are great, but if I can’t SAVE the information I type in, so that I can update it in the future, I am waisting a lot of time.
I think the templates should be downloadable and the Information saveable. You could sell special paper for the Folios and the Agendas. Please consider, I am sure it is possible and financially expedient for the company.
Thank you
I would love if you had a page to track children’s immunization records. I could really use a place to keep track of them that isn’t hard to find.
Thanks for your awesome products!
