We apologize for our error!

Recently at momAgenda we experienced a technical glitch that caused a number of erroneous emails to go out to customers who have placed orders over the past year. If you received one of these emails, saying your order had shipped, we apologize! It was an error on our end.
Please ignore the email, and be assured that you will not receive a double shipment of your past order.
Since this error occurred, our customer service lines have been inundated with calls; if you have tried unsuccessfully to get through, we apologize for that as well.
Again, we apologize for the error and appreciate your patience.
Happy New Year to all of you, and thank you for being a customer.

I have received the same but i figured it out from the order no. given in the mail. It was the same as my previous one.
