Home/Office Edition: New Details and Photos!

I am sitting at my desk looking at pre-production samples of the new Home/Office edition, and all I can say is I can’t wait for this item to arrive in our warehouse so I can put it on the website (should be around August 1, but will be available for pre-order much sooner). In the meantime, here are a few details and photos… let me know what you think, please!

The size of this planner is 9 1/2″ x 11″, and it is spiral bound. The pages inside are cream-colored, with dark brown type (same color scheme as our myAgenda planners). There is a folder inside both the front and back covers. The first few pages of the book are our standard first few pages, with a letter from me, a how to use spread, favorite websites, and toll-free numbers. Then we go into the “essentials”, such as family members’ information, important phone numbers, web sites and passwords, adults’ and kids’ medical information, and birthdays and anniversaries.

Then we get into the calendar itself. First we have the August 2010 monthly spread, with a tab, followed by weekly spreads for August. Next comes the September monthly spread with tab, and the September weeks…. it goes on like this through August 2011. The monthly and weekly spreads are exactly the same as they are in the momAgenda Desktop, except that they are LARGER! The last tab is for “Notes,” and it is followed by blank, lined pages for all your notes and lists.

Since a picture is so much more helpful than my rambling on about these planners, I have posted a few:

  1. HOORAY! I cannot tell you how happy I am to have this option available in the near future… As a left-handed girl, I find it much easier to write in spiral notebooks then ones with spines. And, now that my darned gel pen trashed my MyAgenda, I can use this as a replacement! Thank you SO much for the continual innovation!

  2. Love the tabs and the inside cover folders….I wish the desktop had those features because that size works so much better for me!

  3. I like the spiral bound! But I like all of the room on a page of my miniAgenda. It has turned into a miniJournal for me! I just jot a note next to the activity (they won or lost the game, made a big play, said something cute!) Would you consider making the Mini Spiral Bound?

  4. Will the new monthly tabs layout be available in the 2011 refill for the portfolio? I love the idea of one month and weekly view and then another month/weekly.

  5. I am so upset also. I JUST ordered and received mine the other day and it was WAY more expensive than what it appears this version is going to retail for. I would have really LOVED this one and it would have been MORE budget friendly as well. I am VERY excited about the spiral binding as it would have been EXACTLY what I wanted. Maybe next year?

Cannot wait to see the new product. As always, Mom Agenda products do not disappoint.

  6. Loving the way this looks. Love the tabs! To be able to quickly turn to the date I’m looking for. How sturdy are the covers? I drag mine around everywhere and wonder if it will hold up with 18 months of use!

  7. does it have extra pages in the back for notes? and the section of books, movies, etc to write down? party planning, budgets….love that stuff….

  8. Cannot WAIT! Love the tabs and the pockets. But also wondering how spiral bound will hold up to daily use in and out of my purse for 12-18 months???

  9. This looks great! I’ve been using the AllInOne Folio refill (trying to cut down on weight as I carry it with me everywhere) and have loved it except that the covers are not durable enough for this. I hope the new spiral bound has a place for notes down the left side of the monthly view as that is one of my favorite features. If not, perhaps next year! Thanks for all you do.

  10. Just wondering if you had an idea when these would come available for shipping/pre-order? I know they start in August 2010 and I would like to get one as soon as they are available to set up the new school year (starts Aug 19). So excited!! :-)

  11. Like others, I spent far more for your other planner when I would have preferred this spiral edtition anyway. Is there any way in the future that all editions for the year can be available at the same time to avoid this type of thing?

  12. Our company will continue to introduce new products throughout the year, that is what we have always done because new ideas come to us throughout the year. On the other hand, our existing line of planners always comes out in early April. So next year, the Home/Office will be part of the existing line that comes out in April.
