Happy Win-It Wednesday everyone! Sorry for posting so late today. Yesterday was my kids’ last day of school…. so today was our first REAL day of summer. I can barely think straight with all the changes to our schedule. Anyway, on to our competition.

My favorite thing to do with the kids is swim at the bay we spend many afternoons and evenings there reconnecting as a family!

We love to go to the pool or go on hikes! We also go to Lake George, such a beautiful place!
There are almost too many to choose from this summer… but I love heading to the park with my kids (when the bugs aren’t biting too badly).
We like to go on walks and enjoy the beautiful Washington summers!
I love going berry picking with my daughter! It’s such great mom-daughter time to pick the berries and then make jam out of them.
Sleeping in and lazy days spent with our homeschool friends at the pool, park or just hanging out.
Our fave summertime activity is eating watermelons and spitting the seed in the flowerbed at the front porch. Then we have late summer, early fall watermelons. It’s so much fun measuring them and watching them grow.
My favorite summertime activity is the discount weekly movies at our local theatre chain. We live in Phoenix so it is too hot to be outside. It is such a nice escape to sit in a cool movie theatre for a couple of hours each week (and see movies for next to nothing!).
I love playing in the backyard with my daughter. We have water, shade, fun and we are close to the bathroom, food, and nap location!
Every year for the Fourth of July my son and I pick out a patriotic cake in a magazine and make it together.
We love running through the sprinkler and waiting on the ice cream truck in the afternoons
Favorite activity with my children is playing on the slip and slide in the backyard!
We love playing and exploring out in the garden. We have so much fun looking for frogs and toads, checking on our praying mantis babies, watching our fruits and veggies grow, and squirting each other with the hose!
As a new mom, my favorite summer time activity is to introduce my daughter to all of the summer activities!!! We have introduced her to fireworks, swimming, camping, and catching fireflies!
Our favorite summertime activity is to go to the park and run around then after being in the park for a couple of hours we go swimming in our pool.
My favorite summer activity is watching my kids, not watching out for them, but just taking time to LOOK at them, to watch them play, swim, paint…the rest of the year I spend my time “in action”, making sure the whole family is running smoothly, in clean clothes, with full tummies and happy faces…I’m so busy taking care of them that I don’t have time just to sit down an observe them, the way they move, their gestures, their smiles… and I really love doing just that during the summer !
My favorite activity with my daughter is to watch her swim with her friends. Listening to their laughter makes me laugh myself. We also ride bikes & she shows me all of her new tricks she’s learned.
My favorite activity (if it can even be called that?) is making S’mores!! YUM! The pure excitement and joy in my 3 year old’s face is just priceless!
And, no worries, we are extremely safe around the fire – he knows not to get any closer than our seats.
LOVE the pool! We spend hours and hours there.
I love spending lazy days at my MIL’s pool w my kids. It is so fun and amazing watching them and their skills grow!
Our favorite activity is dinner at the pool with friends- playing for hours on end with a non-stop rotation of kids & parents!
My favorite summertime activity is having neighborhood friends over and bbq-ing!
We like to sleep in–not that it happens too often! We also attend our vacation bible camp which is so much fun! And I like the swimming lessons we do!
Going to the zoo!!
I personally do not have any kids, but I do love taking all of my Sunday School kids out on the playground during the summer. Between swinging, sliding and playing tag we have tons of fun. (And the parents love that the kids are ready for a nap when it’s time to go home!)
I love sitting and watching them swim by the pool. I just enjoy being by them.
i don’t have kids yet but i would love nice sunny park days!
Our kids love going to the local minor league baseball games. We go on the $1 nights and just have a great time.
Really I just look forward to relaxing on a beach at the Cape, while I watch my daughter dig in the sand!

i have a 4,3,2 yo and this summer i am taking them places they have not been. i am loving all the new experience we are having together.
As a new mom we are looking forward to introducing our kids to the pool, fireworks & the park

My favorite activity is taking my kiddies to the beach, building sandcastles, and having icecream!!
My fave thing to do with my kids during the summer is boating. We usu. find a place to dock where we can pretend it’s an island of our own. They love it!!!

We love getting over to the beach, even just for a day! It is so fun to watch my children enjoy the sand and the waves!! We’ve had a new little one to introduce to the beach every other year for the past 6 years. And, those pictures of little baby hands feeling the textures of sand and water together are some of my favorites!!
My kids are older but I loved to Beach It with my kids! Fun in the sand, sun and the constant breeze!
I have so enjoyed spending time with my kids and visiting with my family. There are so many things in life to keep track of in our MomAgenda (which is why I LOVE them) but the unplanned relaxing time is awesome! Especially when you have small kids like I do, schedule time just to hang out and appreciate your family! Simple pleasures!
This is my first summer with my baby and we’re so excited to take her to this beach and the pool. It’s so much fun and so relaxing!

What is your favorite summertime activity with your kids?
Since this is the first summer that we have an active (read: non-stop) toddler we’re finding all sorts of fun ways to get out and enjoy the weather. Be it at the zoo, down at the playground, whatever. As long as he’s smiling and laughing it becomes my favorite activity.
My favorite summertime actiivity with my kids?? It is definitely just playing outside with them and enjoying them be kids and free!
