    I don't have the MomAgenda planner because its format isn't exactly what I need, but I did get this to-do pad. I actually use it as a weekly to-do list, hooked to the inside of my calendar with a fancy binder clip. Instead of "today's date" I put the week's dates, and week's errands under "today's errands." I also put emails I need to send under the "people to call" list. So, with a little adaptation, it works really well.
