    I got my Folio today and love it. The only issue I had is it came with 2012 calendar and I needed Sept-Dec '11 as well. I called the customer service number and they are shipping it today, no questions asked. Customer service was kind and responsive, thank you!!!

    Marketed as a school year, but isn't. August to August, September-September....either would be a school year, not Jan-Dec. Not helpful having to buy a new refill in the winter.
