We ship most orders via ground, which usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your address. We also offer the option of expedited shipping. Our delivery terms are F.O.B. from the place of shipment. This means that we guarantee that your package will be shipped from our Virginia warehouse via the method you request. However, once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the package.
Orders received by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day. Customers will be notified of their order status and tracking number via email. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; there are no deliveries on Saturdays.
Ground shipping rates within the continental United States are as follows: For orders under $15.90, flat rate for shipping is $4.95. For orders over $15.90, flat rate for shipping is $7.50.

However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or store credit. Personalized products cannot be returned based on customer input errors (e.g., typos).
In the case of a momAgenda error or damaged merchandise, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, store credit or exchange. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for exchanges or credits unless they are damaged. Items bought as part of a gift set cannot be returned individually. Gift sets can only be returned for an exchange or a credit if they are completely intact and unopened.
